“ The coffee here is consistently good. I've been coming for many years. The food is nice too. Usually full of folks scrolling on their phones or laptops during the week. Social and buzzy on the weekends. Sign out front says no pets, service dogs only, but they clearly allow pets in. So if you're allergic or not comfortable with pets, keep this in mind. ”
“ This is our go-to place on Saturdays... the food is fresh and the service is friendly and quick. The ambiance is awesome.. right on the Hudson River with a gorgeous view of NYC. Plenty of seating.. great place to meet friends, have a coffee date or even a business meeting! ”
“ An amazing place to grab Matcha and brunch options. A very large seating area in a convenient location. They're Matcha was surprisingly good. My favorite breakfast option that I was able to try it was the salmon avocado toast. I highly recommend this place ”
“ I wouldn't usually leave a review for a coffee shop - but the food here is shockingly good! Great cafe to frequent if you are a remote worker. Get the goat cheese omelette! I've also tried the chickpea sandwich and it was good. ”
“ Ambiance is cheerful and energetic. The line may appear long (due to a single register) but it moves fast. Got a cereal milk latte (interesting twist on a latte and a bit too sweet for me) and an expresso tonic (a very refreshing drink with a hint of sweetness). ”
“ I love coming here so much especially when I need to focus on my work. You can go from meeting with a friend for a bite to eat or drink to literally having an outside work from day. The space is always quiet with a few whispers here and there, and so many spaces to work from. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the food is always great. Plus the views from the outdoor seating are just breath taking this is literally my own little private oasis! ”
“ Honestly I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars... so this is more like a 3.5. The location and ambiance of this cafe reallllllly pulls most of the weight. Their drinks are simply not that good compared to its competitors. I actually think the food is better than the drinks. PROS: -They have a small outdoor area that overlooks the Hudson River and the NYC skyline -Spacious and ample seating with minimalistic decor and furniture -Some breakfast items are worth trying. I recommend the goat cheese and tomato omelette or the overnight oats. CONS: -Drinks are disappointing. I've had the iced mocha, matcha latte, and lavender yuzu lemonade. The mocha just tasted like chocolate milk. The matcha had no flavor. The lemonade was so watered down... it wasn't tarty or sweet. How do you mess up lemonade? -I recently tried the smoked salmon toast($10) and OOOOOOF. I did not like it AT ALL. It was a thin piece of oily salmon with a soured cream smacked on top of a thick toast. It was garnished with microgreens and radishes but the overall taste was not up my alley. -Overpriced for small portions -Wifi is only available from Monday to Friday -Limited outlets (tip: try to snag a seat at one of the large tables) This isn't necessarily a con, but just be aware that you might have to share a table or seating with other people. There aren't many seating options for just one individual. It gets very busy and crowded. I love the view but I really wish they could step up their game with the quality of their beverages. ”
“ I think it needs to be widely more advertised at the cafe that there is no WIFI on the weekends. I came here on a Sunday and bought a drink, settled down, and realized that their wifi is only turned on from Mon-Fri. It is not posted anywhere near the cash register or mentioned by the staff that there is no wifi on the weekends. It's a let down because at that point I wouldn't even bother spending $6 on a drink knowing that this isn't a place for me to do work. This communication needs to be spread so that people don't buy a drink for here. I got their chai latte which is fine, the price for it was decent and the taste wasn't bad. Aside from their wifi situation, I would recommend people to check out this place for catch ups but aside from that, don't bother trying to come here on the weekends to complete work that requires wifi. Spend your money at another cafe. ”
